I love helping innovators sharpen their business ideas and focus their efforts wisely. Formerly with Target, American Greetings, and Hitachi, I draw from two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate innovator, strategist, negotiator, merchant, and consultant. I've designed corporate innovation engines, created a startup incubation program, launched a consumer goods startup, developed MBA design & innovation courses, and run a consumer electronics business. When I'm not building innovation systems, teaching, writing, or speaking, you'll find me with my wife, running after our three daughters in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
