I build innovation strategies, processes, and teams at University Hospitals. If your company wants to partner with a world class hospital system trying to solve the most important problems in healthcare, let's connect.
I teach value proposition design as an Adjunct Professor of Design & Innovation at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. If you teach innovation strategy or entrepreneurship, reach out about my guest lectures.
I'm the author of The Value Proposition Matrix: An Innovator's Guide to Four Questions That Separate Success from Failure. If you're looking for a common sense approach to innovation that focuses on building a strong value proposition, check it out.
I love talking to audiences about innovation, whether that's giving a presentation, participating on a panel, or sitting for an interview. For anything from keynotes to podcast appearances, feel free to reach out about my availability.
I love helping innovators sharpen their business ideas and focus their efforts wisely. Formerly with Target, American Greetings, and Hitachi, I draw from two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate innovator, strategist, negotiator, merchant, and consultant. I've designed corporate innovation engines, created a startup incubation program, launched a consumer goods startup, developed MBA design & innovation courses, and run a consumer electronics business. When I'm not building innovation systems, teaching, writing, or speaking, you'll find me with my wife, running after our three daughters in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
I'd be happy to answer questions or talk about your innovation project, guest lectures, my book, or speaking engagements.
